Planting Seeds

We are in the middle of Spring, the time of “planting seeds”, preparing for the growth of the season.

What seeds did you plant in your own life this past month?

What decisions did you make about yourself, your goals, and what you want to be different within the next 30, 60 or 90 days?

What have you done to take action on these decisions?

Remember, we want to write down the outcome with a timeline.

Ex: Next year in April I will have lost 50 pounds of fat, gained muscle and toned my body. I will have $10,000 in savings. I will repair my relationship with X and we will have a stronger and healthier relationship from now forward.

Start with the end in mind. Then work backwards, how will I accomplish this? What will it take? How will I measure my progress? Who is someone that I trust to hold me accountable and love me enough to tell me the truth to help me stay on track?

What needs to end in my life so other things can begin? Remember the monkey bar analogy that I share with you, we all have to let things go to be ready to reach forward and get something new.

You are worth it!

Much love,

Christine Salvo
