STEP 1:
Make an appointment with your VA Mental Health Provider To Determine If Ketamine Therapy Is Appropriate For You.

STEP 2:
Request That Your VA Provider Submits An “Authorized Referral” For Ketamine Treatment.
HDH has a Veterans Community Care Agreement (VCA) with the VA. This means that as long as you have an authorized referral you can receive your Ketamine Therapy treatments. This process is initiated by your mental health provider.

STEP 3:
Make An Appointment To Begin Your Treatments.
Once your VA provider submits an authorized referral, the VA alerts HDH. Our clinic staff will contact you for a phone consultation, completion of digital forms/consents, and scheduling of your first treatment.
